  1. Looks great. My one qestion for you – do you eat “clean” as well? My family just started this and I found your link via “clean eating” so I was curious.

    • HI! I ABSOLUTELY eat clean!!! That goes without question! I am very passionate about fitness (I have worked in the fitness industry of the last 6yrs) and I am also working on completing my Dietetics degree (nutrition). I am an avid marathon runner and weight lifting junkie, so eating clean is essential. If you are on twitter or instagram you will see a lot of my daily eats. Or you could click through some of my What I Ate Wednesday posts, which will show you a day of food from me every week! If you have any other questions, please write back! 🙂

  2. LOVE coconut manna! What a great pantry you’ve got. Curious what you use frozen cauliflower from. And what is soy flakes? I’ve got soy grits and TVP but is it similar?

    • Coconut Manna is my latest addiction! I’m eating it right now! Believe it or not, I actually love just eating cauliflower! I will defrost a big bag some nights and eat it along side a turkey burger or some fish! It is LOADED with nutrients and antioxidants!! But I will also puree it and add it to a ‘fit’ mac and cheese recipe or I have even used it in a savory muffin recipe to make them moist…weird but it works! Also, Katie over at http://www.chocolatecoveredkatie.com, did a chocolate cake recipe last week using pureed cauliflower!! Amazing what you can do when you’re creative with your food!
Soy flakes are kind of like an oat, but made of soy (obviously lol). This is the one I have:

I don’t use them that often, although I was looking through my overflowing cabinet this weekend thinking how I have a lot of great food items I need to start using in my recipes, but I did make a mini baked chocolate soybean flake cake/cookie type thing that tasted yummy! I haven’t posted it yet, but you never know when you may see it pop up!!

TVP is amazing!! I used it for one of the salads I posted (Quick Strawberry & Avocado Salad) and it was amazing! I love TVP!!
